I fully agree. When you’re busy you don’t realise how much energy you are using and burning. And also friends make everything easier/nicer. Going to the beach, park etc and bringing fruit is great lol. And you can make them walk quicker and longer. And ask them to come over and play Just Dance on the Wii :P Or even dance along to some music challenges. I haven’t been focusing too much on the scales, so the 7.2 pounds was a nice surprises. Defiantly because I’ve been so busy! And it makes weight loss easier because you are happier when you have thing to do with friends.
