New Goal wahey.
I’m currently 178.2, my Christmas goal was 177! So I’m going to aim for 175 for New Years or Christmas. Thats 12 and a half stone. And it’s one of the lightest weights I ever was.. I was 15/16. So that will be a huge achievement to me. I’ve lost around 4-6 pounds a month in October and November, so hopefully I’ll be able to lose the 3.2! :)
