Plan for my week :) So I’ve added in my extra 300 calories! I had such a long day today so I decided to add in 150 today ! It was pasta so all good. The other 150 will be added on Friday cause we’re going to Nandos! Still can not believe and yes, I’ve checked literally everywhere, that five of their chicken wings has only 300 calories! NomNom. Gym yesterday was great. Trampoline tonight. Then gym Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday :) And cinema and Nandos with the crew on Friday!

Trying microwavable Oatmeal tomorrow lol :D

Don't listen to the scales..

Yesterday I was 173.2, now I’m 171.6. Could be because I didn’t exercise on Sunday, but I did on Monday.. Yeah don’t mind the scales. Try to weigh yourself once a week at the same time. I’m starting that next Wednesday ! :)

What do you feel will be the key to not bingeing anymore? x

I binged like twice last week. The second time.. My God. I was so sick for like three hours, I was on the loo for an hour and a half.. My stomach felt like there was a monster inside it. Don’t want that to happen again.

And then last night, I just kept telling myself I’m better than this. I ate a 135 calorie packet of popcorn and I was full, then I watched Sherlock with my Dad and a read a book! Distractions and exercise seem to work

First day back at college..

  • Two new lecturers, so fucking strict. YESSS. This is what my class needs! Public Relations & Media Relations and Advertising Law.. fuck yes! Haha
  • Stuck to my calories.. and no eating on transport to school cause sometimes I end up eating half my lunch lol.
  • I can only ever do thirty minutes on the Cross Trainer… Burned 633 calories in my first hour tonight :) Did 15 glute kickbacks and 10 squats just as a cool down when I came home.
  • Positivity always wins.

Weighed in this morning

My Mom said our scales is broken.. The one I use and that its two pounds over.. I was 173.2, so I put on two pounds lol. But if it is broken, I’m still 171.2.

Anyway, I’m not letting this get to me. This was because I was in a bad state for all of January. Exams, Stomach pains and Back pains. Only went to the gym like twelve times.

Going back to going five days a week. Can not wait. I’m actually craving it.

I’m making an effort this semester to make my ‘friends’ good friends. Today they where all eating chips and curry sauce… Me? Popcorn, ham, mandarins hahaha. I lost 20 pounds from September to Christmas, so 20 pounds for semester one.. Who’s stopping me from doing that this semester? 

No one.

So gym five days a week. Good clean food. Study time. Success :)
