First day with new calorie intake..
Ate 1’888 ! So weird.. Feels like a binge, yet still feels normal. Ah. 1’600 tomorrow.. I wonder what working out will feel like..!! Think I might book a new gym assessment soon.. :)

So after around 5-6 binges this month, I decided to post in a forum for health and support on CalorieCount.com. Apparently I’ve been starving myself at 1’200 calories. Finally went to the gym five days in one week. I now do squats and lunges and other things everyday :) I had one binge on Saturday and know what triggered it! Also it was the first time that I forced myself to workout after a binge. Had an omlette, then went to the gym and then a fruit bowl. Good week :) 1:30 am.. Up at 6:20… Ill watch the Oscars in the morning when Im doing the makeup! ...

I’ve added an extra 400 calories to my intake over the past two weeks.. But now I’m thinking that.. This week I went to the gym five days (Well after today), so an extra day. And I’m doing squats, lunges etc in the mornings now too. So I think an extra 100 calories for each day could be of benefit and help the binging ! So thats 1’300 a day.. Hmm I’ll see :P

So yeah I had a binge.. Stupid late shark week causing hormones to go into extremes.. But now I’m actually about to get into workout clothes and do a shitload of crunches, squats etc.. Then I’m gonna have a nice omlette later and go to the gym.. And I’m also making a workout plan and joining gym classes next week.. Well this is new lol Sometimes I feel like a warrior fighting...
So yeah, I binged. But my hormones are all over the place. My shark week was due four days ago and I have all the symptoms. WHYYYY FML.
