The weather in Dublin and all around the Republic of Ireland is BEAUTIFUL. Had a charity event in the college today, Alice in Wonderland theme! Like a mini music festival with graffiti artists and street dance in the sun.. Sitting on the grass in the sun with great friends, nothing like it haha.

Abdominal Exercises and Shark Week
So as you all know, I was really sick for two weeks in Febuary with stomach pains. I also noticed my hair was a lot thinner than it normally is, its always been very thick. I realised I was starving myself on 1’200 calories. At my height, I should be eating 1’700 calories. Just for resting ! I now eat 1’800-2’000 calories. Only way to reach my UGW! And I feel so much...

My God. I read the book a week after it came out in 2008. Four years ago.. Can not believe how epic it was. Cried firstly just because of how it looked exactly the same as a pictured it.

Soooo went to my Nans yesterday..
Had a huge bag of scones for her ( I binge on them).. Had one.
She had my favourite chocolate icepops and Crunchies.. Didn’t have one.
Added an extra 200 calories of grapes, milk and a slice of bread so I wouldn’t binge.
Didn’t binge.
Edit: Just ate 8 digestive biscuits and a 200 cal bag of popcorn. Went over my calories. But again this...
