  • WED: LEGS | CORE | TRICEPS | BICEPS
  • THUR: Cardio | ABS | SQUATS 
  • FRI: Cardio | BICEPS | 
  • SAT: Full body strength training sesh | Walk / Cycle / Swim etc
  • SUN: Cardio | CORE | ABS | SQUATS
