- WED: LEGS | CORE | TRICEPS | BICEPS
- THUR: Cardio | ABS | SQUATS
- FRI: Cardio | BICEPS |
- SAT: Full body strength training sesh | Walk / Cycle / Swim etc
- SUN: Cardio | CORE | ABS | SQUATS
