Gym: 45 minutes. Indoor cycling is the BEST method to burn calories. 5 minutes on the bike will burn 50 calories, while 5 minutes of brisk walking only burns around ten.
Walking: There is no need for a gym if you’re toned. I go fast, medium-pased etc and go with my best friends. Then stop off at the lake or the playground! Lol. Usually go for an hour and a half. Sometimes I do a late night walk, with my iPod, that turns into a walk-jog-run-walk-jog-run kind of thing.. As ya do eh? :)
Trampoline: My baby. Haha. Great for leg workouts. I’ve had two, got the new one last summer, it’s 20 foot and I could spend a day there.. Looking up in the sky when you’re lying down, then you get guilty and have to do leg excercises :P But I have to do it in the afternoon or night.
Warning: NEVER mix Trampoline excercising with jumping jacks or bike excercises. You can go on it after a walk, but don’t go a bike or do jumping jacks etc within at least 90 minutes. I’ve had too many knee injuries and I’ve heard it too many times. Just don’t do it. I did it a few months ago when I was bored.. I couldn’t walk for three days. I had cramps in both of my calves. Worst pain ever. Just don’t do it!
