Because I’m off to the gym in half an hour, I’d thought I’d try it out and do 5/10 minutes.
Did the first sixteen minutes there. LOVE IT. Ok wow, I really need to start to doing more strength training. Love the cross between Cardio and Strength.
Heart is pumping and actually have sweat dripping down my face = Success.
Defiantly going to do this every week. Love Jillian too, obviously! :)
It is also very beneficial to watch workout videos just to make sure you are doing moves correctly !
EDIT: Screw this. Kept going, first time doing/completing Level 1 ! And I love that its the day The Avengers is coming out.
Verdict: 5/5. Works everything.
The only thing that get in your way is you. So keep repeating this to yourself.
It may take a year, it may take ten years, but you will reach your UGW. Hopefully before we’re all on zimmer frames x
