4 after 17 is my favourite number.

Today is Sunday. Well it is 2.40 am in Dublin ! Went to see Take That in Croke Park a few hours ago :D Front row with two of my best friends and one of their families :) EPIC night. Howard and Jason.. And Mark.. I would.

Anyway, Week 1 ; Immense success. I wanted to get a good start on the diet, I just prayed to God for one pound at least. I lost 4.2! Probably water weight but who cares ?

It’s all about the small changes.

1) I go to the gym for at least 60 minutes, 3/4 times a week. This week it will be 5/6 times a week. The gym is only a five minute walk from my house, but I make that walk three minutes what walking very fast !

2) Whenever I turn on the TV, I watch FITNESS TV. I’ve recorded some great stuff on my Sky + HD Box ! The Big Workout with Elise and Scott is fantastic. I use these shows before the gym from around 11 to 11.30 and again at around 4.

3) After dinner I always head straight to my laptop. I now go up, spend ten minutes on it then abuse my trampoline! Trampoline’s can burn up to 350 calories in an hour. I use my trampoline for around 15/20 minutes and again at night time for 40-60 minutes. I love it.. Just pop on your iPod, you’re in a different world.

4) SLEEPING PATTERNS. I used to go to bed at around 3 or 4 am. Now I go at 1 or 1.30 and the difference is great. I have way more energy and I get up at 10 or 10.30 am!

Trampoline: 60 minutes. - Burned 320 cals.

Gym: Precor USA Indoor Bike - 65 minutes - 460 cals.

Calisthenics: 12 minutes Hardcore - 75 cals

Walking: 35 minutes - Around 200 cals.

Now it’s bloody raining! Typical Irish SUMMER. Bleh. Gym’s closed in 20 minutes so not going down there..

Right.. Fitness TV Dance Class and more classes..

Then I’m watching The Departed on my blu ray 3D projector ! :D

Just lost 805 calories, like a boss.

Precor Indoor Bike at the maximam level of 10 for 65 minutes: 460 calories

Precor Indoor Bike at level 8/9 for 25 minutes: 165 calories

Trampoline for 35 minutes: 180 calories.

Cravings..

My Dad just handed me my favourite ice-cream, an Iceburger!!

Gah. Broke it in half and ate one half and he had the rest :)

Ah well, better than a full on :)

Trampoline for 20 minutes. About to make that 60 minutes!

And I’m at my first goal :D

Starting Weight: 15 stone and two pounds [212 pounds]

Goal Weight One: 13 and a half stone [189 pounds]

Deficit: 23 pounds

Current weight: 190 pounds.

To all the Runners out there.

HOW THE FUCK do you start running?

I know I can run fast cause I run sometimes with my friends in the park. I’m chubby but have always been very fast. I don’t want to run on a treadmill whilst in the gym cause I prefer the open air for walking/running..!

Any tips to get started?! :)

Go Forwards.

I’ve been going back and forth and back and forth to ‘dieting’ and ‘healthy eating’. I’ve never been fat. Just a little bit chubby. I can pull it off because I’m five foot ten (Yeah the Human Giraffe!). 

I’m weighing myself on Monday. I should be around 193 lbs. Which means that to reach my ‘first’ Ultimate Goal weight, I’ll have 25 pounds to go. I want to loose those pounds by my 20th birthday, which is next JULY. Loads of time should equal success..

I’m joining Weight Watchers on Tuesday!! (The Irish one.. Obviously lol). I just want help to know that I’m eating the right stuff. But this is it. Fuck the chocolate and the Coca Cola. Hello water and the trampoline.

I’m going away next summer to Romaaaa (Rome :P) with my best friends. I want to not be my fake confident self. But the real me. The fashionista who picks out her skinner friends clothes. I’ve got fashion sense alright but no confidence to wear what I want. I’m planning an outfit that I’m going to get when I reach my UGW. Summer next year, I’ll be a whole new me! :)
