I am soooo tired of seeing all these posts about how you are going to be great.
Ha. No.
You have started a weight loss / fitness journey. You are great.
You gave up some junk food / soda etc. You are great.
You drink water everyday. You are great.
You’re great for starting a journey and giving up old habits. You are on your way to becoming the best version of you possible. But are great now. Right now. And don’t you ever forget that.

Squats Challenge and Weekly Abs Goals.

As you progress, try to do even one more every week. Write down your progress. Stick it on the fridge and show it off to the world. Just like that booty! :P

Summer Workout Plan is finished aha.

  • Use it for June, July and August, even as a base.
  • If you are more advanced, just do more reps and sets of each exercise.
  • 30 Day Shred is written here twice. I don’t do it daily because I do a lot of other exercises. Aim to do it twice a week, or more.
  • This doesn’t include arms. The 30-60 minutes of cardio could be used as 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of arms / weights in the gym.

There are so many articles online on cardio for people without legs. Imagine doing cardio without your legs? You can’t really imagine it can you. How can you possibly imagine a life without your legs? There are people out there of all ages who don’t have their legs or don’t have the use of their legs.
I don’t understand the obsession with this ‘gap’. Strive for muscle and strength. Show that off. And be proud of your thighs. Your skinny thighs. Your thunder thighs. Whatever they are. They are perfect.
