2 Day Success.

9.30 am; 195 pounds   |   10.00 am; 194.2 pounds  |   10.30 am; 194.2

So I’m either 195 or 194. Holy shit. Three or Four pounds in the past TWO days. And I haven’t been able to go to the gym yet. Just doing at least an 90 minutes of walking, down the park etc. And 40/45 minutes on my trampoline at around 11pm.

This is proof that you can loose weight the healthy way.

I eat 1’200-1’300 calories a day. And I feel great..

  • Breakfast; A Banana, one slice of toast or an apple and a yoghurt. Ranges from 200 calories to 300.
  • Dinner; Has to be around 500 calories. Eat anything you want, but put it on a smaller plate.
  • Snacks; Manhatten Popcorn - 135 calories
  • Special K Bites - 90 calories
  • Rice Cakes, Unsalted - 26 calories.

And other fruits!

BEST MOTIVATION: Have your favourite junk food on a Saturday. Films are my life, so I go every week. From now on it’s every Saturday, with a can of 7UP and maybe a packet of Thai Rings and a Galaxy Chocolate bar?

Sorry to the people not from Ireland who don’t recognise the food ! And Galaxy bars are amazeballs.. And Cadbury’s chocolate… I’ve tasted loads of American chocolate and its.. Well lets just say ya’ll are missing out on real chocolate!

Genius.

Seeing as how Films and Harry Potter are my life.. If I loose at least 10 pounds by the 15th of July (Deathly Hallows: Part Two, AKA, The end of my reason for living), I’ll go to see it everyday til I go away to London on the 19th :D

Weight Loss Motivation Tip

Ok everyone on Tumblr seems to measure weight in pounds.. Majority seems to be Americans.

Tip; In Ireland, if you’re weight yourself, you don’t just say “Oh I’m 180 pounds!”, you measure by STONE.

One stone = 14 pounds.

So if you’re 180 pounds = 12 stone and 8 pounds.

This motivates people a LOT more. Now the person will only have 1 pound to loose to get to the half mark. And 8 pounds to loose to get to 12 stone!

And 12.8 sounds a lot better than 180.

Think smart when loosing weight! :P

Excercise

Gym: 45 minutes. Indoor cycling is the BEST method to burn calories. 5 minutes on the bike will burn 50 calories, while 5 minutes of brisk walking only burns around ten. 

Walking: There is no need for a gym if you’re toned. I go fast, medium-pased etc and go with my best friends. Then stop off at the lake or the playground! Lol. Usually go for an hour and a half. Sometimes I do a late night walk, with my iPod, that turns into a walk-jog-run-walk-jog-run kind of thing.. As ya do eh? :)

Trampoline: My baby. Haha. Great for leg workouts. I’ve had two, got the new one last summer, it’s 20 foot and I could spend a day there.. Looking up in the sky when you’re lying down, then you get guilty and have to do leg excercises :P But I have to do it in the afternoon or night.

Warning: NEVER mix Trampoline excercising with jumping jacks or bike excercises. You can go on it after a walk, but don’t go a bike or do jumping jacks etc within at least 90 minutes. I’ve had too many knee injuries and I’ve heard it too many times. Just don’t do it. I did it a few months ago when I was bored.. I couldn’t walk for three days. I had cramps in both of my calves. Worst pain ever. Just don’t do it!

Now get to it, go bouncing.

Keep Calm And Drink Water.

Water is a SAINT

My skin was always beautiful. I loved it. But over the past few months, I’ve dealt with a lot of shit. I loved college at the start, now.. Not so much. An old friend spread rumors and I’ve an ex in the class and blah blah blah. My skin just broke out. It got so bloody bad.

On Monday, FOUR DAYS AGO, I started drinking water properly. I have five or six glasses of water a day. My skin….. The difference is unreal. My skin is healthy now again. I love my skin, it’s amazeballs. Not trying to be vain. My skin, height 5 foot nine and nose are the only things I like. Water also makes you less hungry, drink it before a meal. Half a glass maybe and half a glass during. 

If you hate water:

  1. Add a dash of lemon or another fruit.
  2. Add something like MiWadi or Ribena. Lot’s of sugar, but its better than none.

Water is better than milk. Look up how many calories milk has.

Oh and the college thing.. Fuck them all who try to bring me down. I will be number one in that class :P

4 after 17 is my favourite number.

Today is Sunday. Well it is 2.40 am in Dublin ! Went to see Take That in Croke Park a few hours ago :D Front row with two of my best friends and one of their families :) EPIC night. Howard and Jason.. And Mark.. I would.

Anyway, Week 1 ; Immense success. I wanted to get a good start on the diet, I just prayed to God for one pound at least. I lost 4.2! Probably water weight but who cares ?

It’s all about the small changes.

1) I go to the gym for at least 60 minutes, 3/4 times a week. This week it will be 5/6 times a week. The gym is only a five minute walk from my house, but I make that walk three minutes what walking very fast !

2) Whenever I turn on the TV, I watch FITNESS TV. I’ve recorded some great stuff on my Sky + HD Box ! The Big Workout with Elise and Scott is fantastic. I use these shows before the gym from around 11 to 11.30 and again at around 4.

3) After dinner I always head straight to my laptop. I now go up, spend ten minutes on it then abuse my trampoline! Trampoline’s can burn up to 350 calories in an hour. I use my trampoline for around 15/20 minutes and again at night time for 40-60 minutes. I love it.. Just pop on your iPod, you’re in a different world.

4) SLEEPING PATTERNS. I used to go to bed at around 3 or 4 am. Now I go at 1 or 1.30 and the difference is great. I have way more energy and I get up at 10 or 10.30 am!

Trampoline: 60 minutes. - Burned 320 cals.

Gym: Precor USA Indoor Bike - 65 minutes - 460 cals.

Calisthenics: 12 minutes Hardcore - 75 cals

Walking: 35 minutes - Around 200 cals.

Now it’s bloody raining! Typical Irish SUMMER. Bleh. Gym’s closed in 20 minutes so not going down there..

Right.. Fitness TV Dance Class and more classes..

Then I’m watching The Departed on my blu ray 3D projector ! :D
