Going to buy Dumbells tomorrow..

Can someone please tell me which ones to buy! :/ 

  • Hour of Cardio
  • Half hour of trampoline
  • 50 minutes of walking
  • Six minutes of pilates for legs
  • Worked triceps - Can’t believe I used 50lbs! Getting stronger :) And I don’t just feel it I can see it, arms and shoulders look awesome.
  • 1 am. Dead. Bed.

So already got one new years resolutions done and now I’ve just done a second ! Wahoooooo. Hate using the bicep machine so FINALLY got the hand weights. I can do up to 45 lbs on the machine but using 4kg (8.8lbs) in free weights was actually tough. Anyway, yayayayay out of comfort zone!

Also: Mum just said my legs look slimmer. I don’t think they do but I’ll take the compliment cause I hate my legs.
